Tag Return Information

There is a $100 reward (and a t-shirt with the SIO shark tagging program logo) for the return of any Scripps archival tags from common thresher sharks.

If you capture a thresher shark with one of these tags, gently cut the wires that bolt the tag to the dorsal fin and remove the tag.
Please return the entire tag, (not just the tag #) to the address below, along with:

a) The date and location (lat/long) of the catch
b) Your name, address and phone number
c) Any other tags present on the shark
